      Has Sagarin ever revealed (or has someone else figured out) how he gets his rating numbers that (supposedly) convert to expected goal margins from the Elo process?

    Are these points predictions now based on P(W)=E[X]-0.5*P(D)? Are you still using P(D)=1/3-|E[X]-0.5|^1.585?
